On redistricting of Rizal: Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan asks that he be made co-author and co-sponsor of House Bill No. 6222, an act reapportioning the second legislative district of Rizal into three legislative districts, during the hybrid plenary session, Wednesday, December 16, 2020.
