Tolentino vouches for Bonoan: Sen. Francis “Tol” Tolentino expresses confidence that Manuel Bonoan will be a good secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). Tolentino, during the Commission on Appointments’ Committee on Public Works and Highways meeting on the ad interim appointment of Bonoan, said he started his career at the DPWH as a civil engineering aid in 1966 and has worked his way up to becoming a senior undersecretary in 2010. “I would like to express and convey my full support to the confirmation of Sec.
