More jobs in liberated economy: Sen. Win Gatchalian seeks the views of economic and constitutional experts as the Constitutional Amendments and Revision of Codes subcommittee launched its discussion Monday, February 5, 2024, on Resolution of Both Houses No. 6. Gatchalian, who previously filed a similar measure for the review of the 1987 Constitution's economic provisions, cited how the Philippines lags behind ASEAN countries in terms of inbound foreign direct investments (FDIs).
