Padilla vouches for Quiboloy's integrity: Sen. Robinhood Padilla, during the Committee on Women, Children, Family Relations, and Gender Equality, regarding the reported cases involving Kingdom of Jesus Christ Leader Apollo Quiboloy, vouches for the religious leader’s integrity, noting that he has known him for a long time. According to Padilla, the two of them worked together in assisting then-President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in achieving peace in the entire country. Quiboloy, Padilla said, never asked anything from him when he sought the former’s help in his senatorial bid. “I just want to say in this hearing that if our brave witnesses can talk about Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, I can also freely say that Pastor Quiboloy never demanded money from me.
