'Seatmates' back reso seeking probe on LTFRB's process in granting franchise to Uber, Grab

Senators Sonny Angara, JV Ejercito, Win Gatchalian and Migz Zubiri have signified to co-author fellow 'Seatmates' bloc member Senator Joel Villanueva's Senate Resolution No. 431 which seeks to require and review the process followed by the Land Transporation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) in granting franchises to Uber, Grab.
