TWO FOR EDUCATION: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada hands out a plaque of appreciation to Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) Chairman Emmanuel Y. Angeles, Ph.D. as he thanks the latter for becoming a good partner in providing opportunities for poor students to finish college education through scholarships. Dr. Angeles, along with CHEd-NCR Regional Director Dr. Amelia Biglete and CHEd Office of Student Services Director Dr. Catherine Castañeda, were the guests of honor during the awarding ceremonies of 20 “Iskolars ni Jinggoy,” under the Senate-CHEd Study Grant Program.
