Amendments to CREATE Bill Continue: Sen. Pia Cayetano, at the continuation of her defense of the proposed Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises or CREATE bill Tuesday, October 13, 2020, introduces her and some senators’ individual amendments to the measure. Cayetano appealed that she be given more time to study the amendments submitted by Senate President Pro-Tempore Ralph Recto, Minority Leader Franklin Drilon and Sen.
