Villar enumerated the bills to be discussed: Senate Bill Nos. 1538, 2228, and House Bill No. 9588 or the Graduating Students for Reforestation Act; HBN 9587 or the Family Tree Planting Act; SBN 1444 and HBN 8569 or the Tree Planting Plan as an Additional Requirement in the Application for Building Permits. “The goal is to refine these proposals to ensure that they are practical and intimately will benefit our environment,” Villar said.
