NEW SENATE PRESIDENT SWORN IN: Senator Manny Villar is sworn in as the 20th Senate President by outgoing Senate chief Franklin M. Drilon during the turnover ceremony at the opening of the third regular session of the 13th Congress Monday (July 24). With the new Senate President are his wife, Representative Cynthia Villar, daughter Camille, and sons Paulo and Mark.
