ILOILO CELEBRATES BANAAG FESTIVAL: Senate President Manny Villar and Rep. Ferjenel Biron ignited the ‘blazing fire’ to dramatize the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil during the Banaag Festival in Anilao, Iloilo. A kasimanwa, Villar was Guest of Honor during the three-day festival, which started November 1. Banaag Festival is famous for the spectacular open-air exhibition of dances and mesmerizing fire performances.
