PEOPLE FOR THE ETHICAL TREATMENT OF ANIMALS ASIA-PACIFIC (PETA): Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri plays with a tame 7 months old greyhound breed dog brought by People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals Asia-Pacific (PETA) and Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) as they urge the senate to reject House Bill 2591 based on cruelty-to-animals concerns. The group is opposing the construction and operation of greyhound race track in Mandaue City submitted by Fox New Millenium Amusement Club Inc. (FNMACI).
