JUSTICE COMMITTEE HEARING: The Committee on Justice and Human Rights, chaired by Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero, conduct a hearing Tuesday, October 4, 2011, to discuss several bills related to the Judiciary, such as the Poor Litigants Equalization Act, which seeks to exempt poor litigants who are Filipino citizens from posting bail when charged for the first time with a felony or a crime.
