OBANDO, BULACAN: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada and wife Precy (partly hidden) give away relief bags containing rice, canned goods, milk and biscuits to flood-stricken residents of Obando, Bulacan Monday morning. Sen. Estrada reached out to distressed families outside evacuation sites who were yet to receive assistance from disaster relief authorities. At least 2,000 relief bags were distributed to two separate operations in the province.
