HELPING HAND: Senator Ramon Bong Revilla, Jr. reaches out to flood-stricken residents of Paombong, Bulacan where he distributed packs of rice and grocery items through his Kaagapay sa Araw ng Pangangailangan (KAP) relief efforts program. The lawmaker has been relentlessly conducting relief operations in different flood-affected areas nationwide.
