UP NCPAG AWARDS FOR SEN. RECTO,GOV. VILMA: The University of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP NCPAG) recently conferred on Sen. Ralph G. Recto its special recognition award for National Government Service for his “esteemed achievements and contributions to public administration and governance”. The award was given during UP NCPAG’s 60th founding anniversary held last June 29 at EDSA Shanri-la Hotel. Sen. Antonio Trillanes handed the awards. His wife, Batangas Governor Vilma Santos-Recto, also received a special recognition award for Local Government Service. Receiving the awards on behalf of the Rectos is Eleuterio Ledesma, legislative officer at the office of Sen. Recto.
