SB 1907 – Inclusive Education Bill: Sen. Pia Cayetano holds her son Gabriel in 2001. Born with a chromosomal condition called Trisomy 13, Gabriel lived for only nine months. This was one of the photos shown by the senator in her co-sponsorship speech on SB 1907, the Inclusive Education Bill.
