Marcos asks DICT to explain COA findings: Sen. Imee Marcos asks Information and Communications Technology Sec. Gregorio Honasan II to shed light on the Commission on Audit (COA) report regarding the P172 million procurement of various information and communications technology devices. Marcos noted COA findings indicate that the supplier is not registered to operate and does not have the financial capability to implement the project. Honasan said the department has already submitted its explanation and maintained that due diligence was observed during the process.
