Tolentino presides over 4th day of budget hearing: Sen. Francis “Tol” Tolentino presides over the 4th day of the hybrid marathon session on the 2022 proposed national budget Tuesday, November 16, 2021. The Senate is deliberating on the budgets of the Departments of National Defense, Labor and Employment, Trade and Industry, Energy, Health and their attached agencies as well as the Commission on Human Rights and the Governance Commission for Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations.
