Recto supports TUPAD program: Senate President Pro-Tempore Ralph Recto expresses his support for the Department of Labor and Employment’s (DOLE’s) Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/ Displaced Workers (TUPAD), which, he said, is the biggest program of the department “and it is understandable because so many people have lost their jobs due to the pandemic.” Sen.
