Bicam retains P10B NTF-ELCAC fund: Sen. Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa on Monday, December 5, 2022, thanks the bicameral conference committee for restoring the P10-billion proposed budget for the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) under the 2023 General Appropriation Bill (GAB).
