VILLAR RECEIVES HONORIS CAUSA IN DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT : Pangasinan State University confers the degree of Doctorate in Development Management, honoris causa to Sen. Manny Villar, President of the Nacionalista Party during their graduation rites recently. Villar, who was also the commencement speaker during the event emphasized that entrepreneurship is the solution to the countrys rising unemployment for new graduates.
