A GLANCE AT THE COUNTRYS HISTORY: Senator Richard J. Gordon, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Tourism, toured the diplomatic corps and the Indian community after the farewell dinner in honor of Indian Ambassador Navrekha Sharma (3rd from left) at the Bagumbayan Lights and Sounds Museum in Intramuros, Manila. The Lights and Sounds Museum, which highlights the story of Dr. Jose Rizal as the first Filipino to break the walls of Spanish Colonization, was instituted by the senator during his term as Tourism Secretary. With its unique style, every visitor will be engaged in an exciting walking tour of the scope of Philippine history, which no history book can offer. Also, in the photo (2nd from left) is Ambassador Saber Mansour of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
