BULGARIAN ENVOY VISITS THE SENATE: His excellency Blagovest Hristov Sendov, non-resident ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria, paid a courtesy call on Senate President Franklin M. Drilon Friday morning. During the meeting, Drilon recalled that in July 2003, he headed an official parliamentary visit to Sofia, Bulgaria.
