MOA SIGNING: Senator Edgardo J. Angara at the signing of Memorandum of Agreement with the Philippine Jaycees Incorporated. The agreement marks the first ever Ten Outstanding Councilors Award where each councilor will be awarded on the merit of his legal contribution to his locality.
