DRILON SPONSORS THE 2006 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET: Finance Committee Chairman Sen. Franklin M. Drilon this afternoon (September 11) urged his colleagues in the Senate to "fast track" the approval of the bill appropriating P46.4 billion as supplemental appropriation for 2006.
