PHILIPPINE-SPANISH RELATIONS: Senator Edgardo J. Angara called for establishing relations between countries by way of people to people interaction in order to create more opportunities in jobs, trade and investments. Angara authored the law which created June 30 as the Philippine-Spanish Friendship Day.
