ILOILO’S BANAAG FESTIVAL: Senate President Manny Villar watched closely as his kasimanwas in Anilao, Iloilo display their creativity and ingenuity during the annual Banaag Festival . Villar was Guest of Honor during the festival which featured fire performances and chanting with the beat of drums and percussion instruments. Also with Villar were Iloilo 5th District Rep. Rolex Suplico and 4th District Rep. Ferjenel Biron.
