CONFERENCE IN TIMOR-LESTE: Senator Angara speaks before members of the parliament, civil society, and international organizations of different nations during the Conference on the National Network on Anti-Corruption in Timor-Leste. Angara had authored several laws on anti-corruption such as the Procurement Reform Law, Ombudsman Law and A Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Servants.
