NEW SENATE PRESIDENT: Newly installed Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile, together with Senate Secretary Emma Lirio-Reyes, Sergeant-at-Arms Jose Balajadia, and Deputy Secretary for Administration and Finance Services Arnel Bañas, attend the flag raising ceremony this morning, November 24.
