TURN-OVER OF SPECIAL ALLOTMENT RELEASE ORDER: Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel "Migz" Zubiri (right) formally turned-over to San Luis, Pampanga Mayor Dr. Jayson Sagum (left) the Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) held inside the San Roque Chapel in Barangay San Roque, this town on Friday afternoon, September 25, 2009. Zubiri also visited the towns of Lubao, Mexico, Arayat, San Luis and Candaba and personally turned-over Special Allotment Release Order (SARO) intended for the priority programs/projects in their respective municipality.
