OFW KIN SEEKS VILLAR’S HELP: Rochelle Montesoso, sister of OFW Juvy Montesoso, sought the help of Sen. Manny Villar regarding the mysterious death of her sister in Kuwait. Villar, a staunch advocate of improving the lives of our migrant workers also provided scholarship for the six-year-old child of Juvy.
