MUKHA AT PANGARAP: Sen. Pia Cayetano, chair of the Committee on Youth, Women and Family Relations, opens the Mukha at Pangarap exhibit featuring photographs depicting daily scenes of maternal and child health in the province of Ifugao. The exhibit was staged to inspire both local and national governments to take concrete steps to improve the maternal and child health situation in the country.
