MOA Signing with Gawad Kalinga for the Sagip Saka Program: Sen. Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan signs a Memorandum of Agreement with Gawad Kalinga, allocating TEN MILLION PESOS (P10,000,000) to the DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE (DA) from his PDAF, to support implementation of SAGIP SAKA Program through GAWAD KALINGA's ENCHANTED FARM PROJECT.
