MODEL OFW FAMILY: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada and Acting Labor Secretary Danilo Cruz confer the trophy and cash prizes to Astillero family of Cebu City as the national winner of the 2011 Model OFW Family Award – Land-based category. Other awardees include Caminero family of Cebu (Model OFW Family Award – Sea-based category), Gacutan family of Pangasinan (Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship) and Banag family of Tarlac (Outstanding Achievement in Community Projects).
