SEN. GUINGONA HOSTS FORUM ON THE CYBERCRIME ACT:: Senator TG Guingona, together with Carlo Ople of TV5, Red Tani of Filipino Freethinkers and Atty. JJ Disini of UP College of Law, hosted a forum on the Cybercrime Act, Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Ibarra’s Garden in Manila. Guingona filed a petition to the Supreme Court which seeks to void questionable provisions in Republic Act 10175 also known as the Cybercrime Act of 2012, which was recently signed by the President last September 12, 2012.
