A MAN FOR OTHERS: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon delivers a eulogy for the necrological service of the late Senator Juan M. Flavier at the Senate of the Philippines, today, November 17. In his eulogy, Drilon remembers Flavier to be “the first one to make a joke of his height” but was a “giant of a man.” He also said that Flavier’s “monumental achievements made him stand out from the rest.
