BIG WINNER: It’s a Dream come true to have their own house and lot for seaman Arturo Verano who was the “Big Winner” in the recently-concluded 4th OFW and Family Summit at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. Verano would not have been the big winner if he did not accede to the request of his wife to spend Christmas with them. He, together with his wife, Senator Cynthia A.
