PLASTIC SCHOOL CHAIRS: Senator Cynthia A. Villar donated plastic school chairs made from recycled wastes to J.P. Rizal Elementary School (top photo) and Corazon De Jesus Elementary School, both in Tondo, Manila. The senator has been giving school chairs to several public schools in the country to help address the lack of school chairs. The making of sturdy and durable plastic chairs is among the livelihood projects of the senator.
