ENRILE INTERPELLATES MARCOS ON BLBAR: Senate Minority Leader Juan Ponce Enrile interpellates Senator Bongbong Marcos, principal sponsor of the substitute Bangsamoro Basic Law bill called "Basic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region’’ (BLBAR) during plenary session, Tuesday afternoon.
