GLOBAL CHAMPION FOR RESILIENCE: Senator Loren Legarda poses for a souvenir photo with her colleagues in the Senate led by Senate President Franklin M. Drilon after the Chamber adopted a resolution commending Legarda for her appointment as a Global Champion for Resilience by the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNISDR).
