Review scholarship programs--Marcos: Sen. Imee Marcos urges officials of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to look into the free tuition and scholarship programs which she said have been plagued with numerous complaints of onerous and complicated reimbursements, raising doubts about the proper utilization of funds. She said there were also complaints that CHED withheld the release of funds to the state universities and colleges (SUCs).
