Sonny Angara for including the budget of P728 million for the construction of the first National Academy of Sports in New Clark City, early hours of Thursday, November 19, 2020. “My only request to the president of BCDA, is to fast track the construction so that we can already accept students by next year, the school year of 2021 to 2022… This is a very good development, a good news for student athletes and our athletes in our country,” Gatchalian said.
