Poe wants uniform vaccine card for all recipients: Sen. Grace Poe, during the hybrid plenary session Tuesday, February 23, 2021, proposes an amendment to Senate Bill No. 2057 or the COVID-19 Vaccination Program Act of 2021, that mandates a uniform format for vaccine cards to be issued to all vaccine recipients. Poe, in her proposal, wants a uniform vaccine card which shall be updated accordingly to always conform with globally accepted standards. According to Poe, the proposal is to ensure that vaccine cards could be updated easily in case there is already a globally accepted standard without the need of enacting a new law.
