Subpoena BI on entry and exit information of Pharmally executives: Sen. Risa Hontiveros, during the continuation of the Blue Ribbon Committee investigation on the 2020 COA report and other issues related to budget utilization of the Department of Health (DOH), especially its expenditures related to the fight against COVID-19 Friday, September 10, 2021, requests that subpoena be issued concerning the entry and exit information of Huang Wen Lie, chairman of Pharmally International Holding Co. Ltd. and Huang Tzu Yen, chairman and president of Pharmally Pharmaceutical Corporation from the Bureau of Immigration. According to Hontiveros, although Huang Wen Lie was in the Philippines in 2017 to meet President Rodrigo Duterte, the last official record of his entry was in 2005. “Mr. Chairman, that creates another mystery. How were they able to enter the country? Was this the same as how the C130 of the Armed Forces was used for PPE delivery? So, I respectfully move, Mr. Chairman, for the subpoena on the entry and exit information of Mr. Huang Wen Lie and Huang Tzu Yen from the Bureau of Immigration." Hontiveros said.
