Angara scrutinizes DBM, MMDA, BARMM budgets for 2022: Finance Committee chair Sen. Sonny Angara scrutinizes the proposed 2022 budget of the Department of Budget and Management, including its Procurement Service, during the virtual hearing of the Finance Subcommittee A Wednesday, October 20, 2021. The proposed DBM budget for 2022 amounts to P2.118 billion, an 11.02 percent increase from this year’s budget of P1.908 billion.
