JAMBY SEEKS AUDIT OF FUNDS USED
FOR PEOPLES INITIATIVE

Now that the Supreme Court has issued a ruling junking Mrs. Arroyos peoples initiative, we should now seek for an audit of the amount of money and government resources spent and used for this effort. How much money from local government units was spent? Who authorized this? Dapat managot ang mga nakinabang dito.

Days prior to the Supreme Court decision, newspaper ads were placed in major newspapers. There were also commercials aired on TV and radio.

When congress resumes session on November, I shall initiate the filing of a resolution to investigate this in the Senate.
