MR.SIPAG AT TIYAGA GOES TO LAOAG : Mr. Sipag at Tiyaga, Sen. Manny Villar goes to action in the province of Laoag, Ilocos Norte as he demonstrates the procedures of making tomato paste & preserve during the Caravan Kaalaman Livelihod Training Program. Villar, who fulfills his advocacy by bringing livelihood trainings all across the country believes that an entrepreneurial revolution can move forward the economy.
