VILLAR LAUDS FILIPINO EXCELLENCE IN US ACADEME: Senate President Manny Villar congratulated Dr. A. Gabriel Esteban, provost of the Seton Hall University in New Jersey, for his achievement in the administration, curriculum development and implementation of technology for teaching in the United States. Villar said Esteban’s feat is a testimony to the Filipino’s capability to excel wherever in the world. Esteban was accompanied by former Ambassador John Menzies, now Dean of the International Studies of Seton.
