CREDIT INFORMATION SYSTEM ACT SIGNING: Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo signed the Republic Act No. 9510 (Credit Information System Act) during the ceremonial signing held at the Rizal Hall, Malacanang Palace on October 31, 2008.
