SENATE PHOTOJOURNALISM SEMINAR: Participants of the three- day Digital Photography and Computer Editing Workshop pose with Andrew L. Arietta, Exec. The workshop, a joint project of Human Resource Management Service and the Public Relations and Information Bureau, together with Mr. Jimmy A.
